University of Rochester first-year attack Gracie Giannettino produced some offensive firepower for the Yellowjackets in their 3-0 week on the lacrosse field. The first-year player finished with 13 goals and two assists for 15 total points across three starts. She added 16 shots, 14 of which were on goal and was 2-for-4 from the free position. She had the game-winning goal against Vassar on Saturday. Giannettino started the week with two goals and an assist in a 15-13 win over Oneonta. Over the weekend against Bard and Vassar, the rookie scored five and six goals, respectively, to help Rochester even its Liberty League record to 2-2 this season. Her seven points (6 G, 1 A) against Vassar are the most by a Rochester player this season and ranks in the top-10 in single-game history for the Yellowjackets.
