Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute junior Matt Lecky was a double-winner, capturing both the mile (4:10.99) and 3,000-meter run (8:31.47). Lecky’s time in the mile was both a meet and facility record. The meet record of 4:11.52 that was set in 2008 by Hamilton’s Peter Kosgei was one the two longest-standing meet records.
