University of Rochester first-year Alejandro Porras was named the Most Outstanding Performer at the 2022 Liberty League Men's Squash Championship. The Yellowjackets won their third straight Liberty League title by posting a 4-0 record against league opponents. Porras was 3-0 at the championship with victories at the No. 5 position against Vassar (3-0; 11-5, 11-4, 11-2); the No. 8 position against St. Lawrence where he won despite trailing 2-0 to open the match (3-2; 9-11, 7-11, 13-11, 13-11, 11-9) and No. 6 versus Hobart (3-0; 11-7, 11-8, 11-4).
