Vassar College senior Jesse Ecklund helped lift the Brewers to a win in the Vassar Sprint Invite against Skidmore and Bard last week, posting four wins and three meet records. Ecklund won the 100-backstroke in 59.37 - besting the previous meet record of 1:01.23 set in 2018. Ecklund then won the 50-free in 25.47, before winning the 50-back in 28.40 - once again besting the previous meet record of 29.10 from 2016. She closed out the meet as the third leg on the 200-free relay team, which finished in 1:42.12 - besting the previous meet record of 1:43.01 from 2013. As a team, the Brewers posted 642 points to Skidmore's 428 and Bard's 109.
