In two games last week, both neutral site contests, RPI sophomore forward Avery Eugster made his first collegiate starts and averaged 5.0 points and 5.5 rebounds in 22.9 minutes per contest. He also had two assists, a steal and a blocked shot. On Wednesday against Oswego State in the first round of the Woodcliff Hotel and Spa Tournament hosted by St. John Fisher, he scored two points with a block and a steal in 15 minutes of a 59-46 loss. The next day against Medaille in the consolation game, he had eight points, along with a game-high 11 rebounds and two assists in 30:42.
