In two games last week, both neutral site contests, RPI senior forward Mason Memmelaar led the Engineers with 21.0 points per game. He made 51.7% (15 of 29) of his shots from the field while averaging 33.3 minutes. He also averaged a team-high 9.5 rebounds with five assists, a steal and a blocked shot. On Wednesday against Oswego State in the first round of the Woodcliff Hotel and Spa Tournament hosted by St. John Fisher, he scored 18 points with 13 rebounds, two assists, a steal and a blocked shot in 33:30 of a 59-46 loss. The next day against Medaille in the consolation game, Memmelaar had 24 points on 8-of-12 shooting from the field and eight free throws, along with six rebounds and three assists in an 81-67 win.
