Hobart College junior defensive back Blake Hansen was named the MVP of the Asa S. Bushnell Bowl following Hobart's 21-3 win at Westminster. He recorded a game-high 14 tackles, including eight solo, broke up a pass and blocked a punt, which he recovered and returned for a touchdown. With Hobart leading 7-0 in the first quarter, Hansen blocked a punt deep in Westminster territory, recovered it at the 11 and ran into the end zone untouched for his first collegiate TD. The three points by the Titans were their lowest scoring output of the season against a schedule that included then No. 1 Mount Union.
