RIT first-year setter Sydney Neff directed the Tigers to a pair of Liberty League victories last week. Neff started with 34 assists, six digs and two service aces while guiding RIT to a .378 hitting percentage in Friday's 3-0 sweep of Union. She was then credited with 38 assists, a career-high 11 digs and three blocked shots in Saturday's 3-1 victory over Skidmore as RIT improved to 4-0 in league play. Neff leads the Liberty League with 10.70 assists per set while setting RIT to the top of the conference with a .259 team hitting percentage.
