In two dual matches last week, the RPI doubles team of Rani Jones and Alex Mednikova went 2-0 while playing No. 1. Jones and Mednikova defeated a tandem from Oneonta 8-1 on Wednesday in a match that RPI won 8-1 in Troy. Two days later against Skidmore in Saratoga Springs, they posted an 8-4 win over its No. 1 squad. The Engineers lost 6-3.
