In the 4-school Union Invitational, which included a Division I team, RPI juniors Rani Jones and Alex Mednikova captured the A Flight title by a combined score of 24-8. Jones and Mednikova won their quarterfinal match 8-1 over an opponent from Union and then won 8-2 in the semifinals against a pair from Holy Cross. The final was won 8-5 against a pair of RPI teammates.
