RIT midfielder/face-off specalist senior Nick Montemorano was named the Liberty League Championship'sMost Outstanding Player leading the Tigers to their ninth straight Liberty League title. The senior won 29-of-41 face-offs (.707), grabbed 20 ground balls and tallied three goals and added an assist for the Tigers. In the semifinal game on Wednesday, Montemorano won 15-of-22 draws, grabbed nine ground balls and scored a goal in an 11-9 win over Union. On Saturday, he won 14-of-19 face-offs with 11 ground balls to go along with two goals and an assist in the 19-6 win over St. Lawrence in the title game.
