RPI grad student Sebastian Castillo-Sanchez went undefeated at both No. 1 singles (3-0) and No. 1 doubles (3-0), while playing three matches in a 5-day span. On Wednesday in an 8-1 win at St. Lawrence, he captured doubles with playing partner Andrew Imrie 8-6 before winning 4-1, 5-3 in singles (abbreviated scoring was utilized). Sebastian and Andrew then won 8-3 in a league match at Union before Sebastian won 7-5, 6-0 in singles to lead the Engineers to a 6-3 victory. The week concluded with a non-league match against Union in Troy with Castillo-Sanchez and Barr winning 8-3 in doubles and Sebastian taking No. 1 singles 6-2, 6-2 before rain ended play. RPI won 6-1.
