Ithaca College senior outfielder Garrett Callaghan hit .615 (8-for-13) over three games to open the season for Ithaca as the Bombers went 3-0 against Elmira. Callaghan also scored five runs, with four RBI, two doubles, two stolen bases and a triple. In the first game of the season, he went 3-for-5 with a double, one run and one RBI. The following day in a doubleheader, Callaghan went 2-for-3 in Game One with a double, triple, two runs scored and one RBI and capped off the weekend with another 3-for-5 performance with two RBI and two runs.
