RIT first-year swimmer KhaVy Sangasy was named Liberty League Rookie of the Year following her performance at the league championship. Sangasy won two individual titles, taking first in the 200-yard IM (2:06.45). She also won the title in the 200-yard breaststroke, winning in a school record and NCAA "B" qualifying time of 2:18.56. Sangasy was eighth in the 200-yard butterfly. She was a part of four relay teams, helping the 200-yard freestyle relay team to a win, finishing in a school record time of 1:35.97. She helped the 200-yard medley relay (1:46.44) and the 400-yard medley relay (3:53.44) to second-place finishes.
