Vassar College first-year swimmer Robbie Perot posted six victories over eight events in two meets. In a 152-146 win at Montclair State, Perot won the 1,000-free in a time of 10:07.55 and then captured the 500-free with a mark of 4:55.36. He also won the 200-IM (2:03.57) and took fourth in the 50-free. Perot then helped the Brewers win the Vassar Sprint Invitational, grabbing victory to start in the 500-free (4:46.09). He went on to win the 400-IM (4:21.57), take third in the 100-breast (1:03.49), while swimming the second leg of the victorious 200-free relay (1:34.49).
