RPI senior Noah Falasco won the 3,000 meters in a time of 8:18.67 at the Utica Pioneer Open, the third-fastest time in Division III to date. Falasco was more than seven seconds ahead of the runner-up's time of 8:25.88 (teammate Joe Domanico) in helping the Engineers win the 13-school, multi-divisional meet. There were 39 competitors in the 3,000, the only one in which Falasco participated.
