University of Rochester first-year athlete Kristin Hardy ended runner-up in three events on Saturday at the Nazareth Conference Challenge Cup, helping the Liberty League claim the title with 247 points (Rochester combined with Ithaca). Hardy finished the 400 meters in 59.08 seconds, an All-Atlantic Region qualifier and time which ranks 12th in Division III this season. Also, Hardy was on Rochester’s 4x400-meter relay which clocked in with a time of 3:58.65 and would rank sixth in Division III. Her last event was the 4x200-meter relay which earned a time of 1:47.25 which ranks third in the Atlantic Region.
