Vassar College first-year swimmer Lillian Lowenthal had a record-setting weekend at the Ithaca Bomber Invitational last weekend, setting three school records, including two individual. She opened the meet with a fourth-place finish in the 200-IM, recording a time of 2:08.40 to take down the previous record of 2:08.84 set by former All-American, Julia Cunningham in 2015. She also took fourth in the 100-butterfly with a time of 57.00, that mark also eclipsed Cunningham's previous record of 57.10. Lowenthal helped the 400-medley relay team to third in 3:58.47, while also achieving a school record as a part of the 400-free relay with a time of 3:35.15. Overall on the weekend, Lowenthal finished no lower than seventh in her eight events, including seven events in the top-four.
