William Smith College junior Emily D'Addario captured her third straight first-place finish, setting a new course record at the Hobart Invitational. In just her third collegiate race, she finished the 6-kilometer course in 22 minutes, 22 seconds. She broke the previous record of 22:38 set in 2004. D'Addario finished 2:19 ahead of the second place runner. She helped the Herons to earn their fifth straight team title at the Invitational. It is the second time this season that D'Addario has set a new course record at a meet.
