Hobart College senior Andrew Koonz accounted for three of Hobart's four first half takeaways in a 35-3 win over St. Lawrence. He recovered a St. Lawrence fumble in the end zone for a touchback on the game's opening drive. Koonz intercepted Tyler Grochot to end the Saints' second possession. He added his league-leading fifth interception of the year late in the first half. The Statesmen were able to cash in on two of his three takeaways carrying a 21-0 lead into halftime. Koonz finished the game with two tackles, two interceptions and a fumble recovery.
