Skidmore College junior Risa Fukushige went 3-0 to win the 'A' flight at the Bowdoin Invitational, beating Callie Nesbitt of Colby (6-0, 6-2) in the first round, Sasa Jovanovic of Bowdoin (6-2, 6-2) in the semifinals, and Julia Marks of Bowdoin (6-4, 6-4) in the final.
