University of Rochester sophomore Eileen Bequette earned her first career All-America honor in the heptathlon at the NCAA Division III Championships, placing 8th with a score of 4629 points. She set multiple personal bests in the competition, including in the high jump (1.60 meters, 4th place) and 100 hurdles (15.23 seconds, 13th). Bequette also was 3rd in the 800m competition and 6th in the javelin during the heptathlon.
