The Skidmore College first doubles team of sophomore Risa Fukushige and junior Renee Karchere-Sun picked up a pair of victories at the Liberty League Championship. The Skidmore pair defeated Anne Taylor and Kristen Zablonski of RIT, 8-3 in the semfinals. In the championship match against Vassar, Fukushige and Karchere-Sun combined for an 8-4 win over Frances Cornwall and Tara Edwards.
