William Smith College goalie Olivia Hofmann was named the Liberty League Tournament's Most Outstanding Player following a 2-0 weekend in goal for the Herons. She made 18 saves, finishing the weekend with a 10.00 goals against average and a .474 save percentage. In the semifinals, zhe made nine saves as William Smith defeated Skidmore 16-9 to secure a spot in the championship game. Against Ithaca in the championship game she made nine saves, including seven in the first half. Hofmann leads the Liberty League in GAA and save percentage and is sixth and 12th in the nation in those categories, respectively.
