The Ithaca College Varsity Eight won the Petite Final at the Knecht Cup with a time of 6:48.70, beating out all D1 schools - Boston, UConn, Georgetown, Wisconsin and UMass. The boat finished third in its heat on day one of competition with a time of 6:46.33 to advanced to the semifinal, where it took sixth with a time of 6:50.96 to earn a trip to the Petite Final.
