Union College first-year Ashley Harding led Union to a third-place finish at the Ithaca Invitational this weekend, finishing fourth out of 38 golfers with a two-day score of 165 that tied for fourth on the school's all-time two-day scoring list. After an 83 on Saturday, she posted a season-best 82 on Sunday, going out with a five-over 41 and coming in with another 41 in a very solid and steady round. The freshman did not score higher than a bogey on any hole on Sunday, to go with six pars and a birdie on the par-three 7th hole – one of only two birdies on the hole all weekend.
