Rochester had two novice boats compete at the Bergman Cup in Atlantic City, NJ against Stockton and Cabrini, with both coming away with convincing wins. The first novice four boat was matched up head to head with Stockton and came away with a 6:00.7 to 6:23.9 victory over the 1700 meter course. The second race was a three-team competition, with Rochester's Novice Four posting over a 30-second win over both teams, earning a time of 5:31.7. The first boat consisted of Pari Sharma '22, Anna White '22, Annalie O'Brien '22, Shirley Zhang '22 and Rachel Anthony '22, while the second boat saw Eleanor Mancusi-Ungaro '22, Scarlett Newmann '22, Kira Hellard '22, Elizabeth Yarnall '22 and Julia Weinstock '22 compete.
