Skidmore College sophomore guard Noah Meren was named Most Outstanding Performer of the 2019 Liberty League Men's Basketball tournament following the Thoroughbreds’ 82-66 championship win against Hobart. He opened the weekend with a double-double on 28 points and 10 rebounds in an 82-77 semifinal win against Ithaca. He also added five assists and a pair of blocks In the championship game, Meren had 18 points, six rebounds, eight assists and two steals. Over the weekend, he averaged 23.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 6.5 assists.
