Union College sophomore Daniel Gioioso had a career-best outing in Union's 34-10 win against #14 RPI. He had 13 total tackles, 3.5 sacks and 6.5 tackles for a loss. The 6.5 tackles-for-loss is the most by any player in Division III and the second-most in the entire NCAA this season. He also intercepted a pass to help set up Union's second scoring drive which gave the Dutchmen the lead. Gioioso was part of a defensive line that limited the Engineers to just 104 yards rushing on the day.
