Ithaca College first-year swimmer Spencer Brownewell won both the 50- and 100-yard backstroke events in his collegiate debut in a meet that included Fredonia, Brockport and Buffalo State. Brownewell claimed the 50 backstroke in 25.14 before winning the 100 backstroke in 54.37.
