The Vassar College doubles team of sophomore Frances Cornwall and junior Tara Edwards advanced to the finals of the ITA Northeast Championship (championship match is being played Monday afternoon). Cornwall and Edwards defeated Abbey Reinhart and Camila Garcia of Rochester (8-6) in the first round, Allie Perron and Dina Rigas of William Smith (8-2) in the second round, Judy Kam and Kate Shaffer of NYU (8-3) in the quarterfinals, and Sophia Aulicino and Audrey Chor of Hamilton (8-5) in the semifinals.
