RPI sophomore Ryan Quinn had a birdie and seven pars on the back 9 on the final day of the Liberty League Fall Preview and he captured medalist honors with a two-day total of +2, 146. He was even on Sunday and held off the field of 42. He actually had a birdie, a bogey and seven pars on both the front and back on Sunday on his way to a one stroke victory. On Saturday, Quinn shot a +2, 74 to lead all players. He birdied the first hole and the seventh to go out at -2, 34. His back 9 included pars and bogeys, including even holes in four of the last five. He held a one-shot lead over three others. As a team, the Engineers were second of the seven schools that teed off at the par-72, 6724-yard Kaluhyat Golf Club at Turning Stone Resort.
