St. Lawrence University first-year player Natalie Piper helped the Saints to a 3-1 record at the Hawks Invitational at New Paltz. Piper averaged 3.27 kills/set, hit .263 for the weekend including .385 performance against Hamilton and .281 against New Paltz. She recorded nine kills in the first set against New Paltz. She also had two service aces, two blocks, and the second-highest dig count with 33 digs (3.00 digs/set).
