Ithaca College sophomore Reagan Stone helped the No. 8 Bombers to a 2-1 record  in the team's home-opening Bomber Invite. Ithaca picked up wins over Juniata and Stevens with lone loss coming in a competitive battle against No. 2 Calvin. Stone finished the weekend with 45 kills on .375 hitting, adding seven digs and two block assists. She was on top of her game in the Stevens match, posting 15 kills and registering a .700 hitting percentage to lead IC to the four-set victory. The second-year talent was arguably even more impressive in the second against nationally ranked Juniata. Stone sparked a comeback with her strong play, which was sorely needed when IC found itself without talented senior middle Amanda Cerruti, who left in the second set with an injury. The Bombers leaned on Stone down the stretch and she responded, collecting 22 kills on .319 hitting, while also delivering six digs and one block assist.
