Ithaca College junior Haley Congdon pitched a 12-inning complete-game shutout in the championship game of the Liberty League tournament to lead the Bombers to a 1-0 win over RPI. Congdon, who was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player, faced 46 total batters and also recorded three strikeouts in the championship game.
