The Liberty League Tournament MVP, William Smith senior Melissa Moore led the Herons with 10 points on five goals and five assists in two tournament games. She added five ground balls, two draws and four caused turnovers. Moore produced two goals and an assist as well as two ground balls, two caused turnovers and two draws in a 14-7 win over RPI in the semifinals. In the championship game, a 15-10 victory over Ithaca, Moore logged a game-high seven points on three goals and four assists. She recorded three ground balls and two caused turnovers. Moore leads William Smith with 42 goals, and career-highs of 23 assists and 65 points. She also has a team-high 41 ground balls. Moore is second on the team with 33 draws and 27 caused turnovers.
