St. Lawrence University first-year player Leo Romanetz was 5-0 at No. 2 singles during the Saints' spring break trip in Florida last week, with wins over opponents from Elmhurst, Babson, Grinnell, North Central and Luther. Four of his five wins came in straight sets and he earned a come-from-behind win against Grinnell's Sam Stickels 6-7, 6-2, 10-8 to stay unbeaten for the Saints. He also paired with Eric Tecce for a 3-2 record at No. 1 doubles in those same matches for a combined 8-2 record during spring break.
