Vassar College senior Courtney Geiss was named as an All-Seven Sisters performer Sunday as she helped lead her team to VC's 15th all-time title and fourth straight Seven Sisters Championship. The Brewers went 4-0 on the weekend as a team, including knocking off No. 35 Wellesley in the title match. Geiss was a perfect 3-0 this weekend, earning a 6-2, 6-4 win at No. 1 against Smith College, followed by a 6-2, 4-6, 10-6 win later Saturday against Mount Holyoke at No. 2 singles. She finished the weekend at No. 3 singles, defeating Sojin Ki 6-0, 6-2 to help VC clinch the title. Geiss is now 5-1 in her last six matches, with the only loss coming at Division I Army.
