William Smith College junior forward Mia Morrison led the Herons to pair of Liberty League wins over the weekend, locking up a berth in the Liberty League Tournament for the second year in a row. In William Smith's biggest game of the season, she came up with a career-high performance. On Friday night against Vassar, Morrison produced a career-high 32 points, eight rebounds, an assist, a blocked shot and a steal in an 84-64 win over the Brewers to secure the sixth and final spot in the playoffs. The following afternoon, Morrison notched a team-high 16 points, five rebounds and two assists as William Smith beat Union 78-47. For the week, she averaged 24.0 ppg, 6.5 rpg and 1.5 apg. Morrison shot .613 from the floor and .714 at the free throw line.
