Ithaca College senior Katherine Pitman topped the pole vault field at the Cornell Robert J. Kane Invitational with a season-best mark of 4.20 meters (13' 9.25"), which was .4 meters (1' 6.75") higher than the runner-up. Pitman's mark is the best in Division III this season and is .39 meters higher than the next-best competitor.
