RPI junior John Alberta finished first in both of his individual events at the Kumpf Invitational. The junior took the 100 freestyle (48.25) and the 200 freestyle (1:48.74) along with helping the 400 freestyle relay team to a first place finish (3:14.37). In Friday night's meet with Union, Alberta took the 100 freestyle with a season best time of 47.99. The Medway, MA native also finished second in the 50 freestyle (22.30) while helping the 400 freestyle relay team to a first place finish (3:14.71).
