University of Rochester freshman Marcus Sim posted two wins for Rochester this weekend, improving to 5-0 on the season. On Saturday, he defeated Columbia's Adham Madi in four games (9-11, 11-6, 11-5, 13-11), rallying after dropping the first set in UR's 6-3 loss to the #4 Lions. On Sunday in UR's 6-3 win over #8 Yale, he swept past #59 Thomas Kingshott 3-0 (17-15, 11-0, 11-2) to earn the first match point for Rochester.
