Ithaca College freshman Reagan Stone helped the Bombers to a 2-1 record, which included victories over Eastern University and sixth-ranked Carnegie Mellon. The IC rookie totaled 62 kills (5.64 per set), four service aces, 16 digs and two block assists over the three matches. Stone began her weekend with 13 kills, two aces, four digs and two block assists however, Ithaca let the opening match of the invitational slip away to Stevens in four sets. The Bombers bounced back with Stone leading the way the following day. She notched a season high in the first match against the tournament hosts on Saturday, topping 20 kills for the first time this season on .457 hitting. The rookie then notched another season high when she paced IC to a four-set triumph over Carnegie Mellon, posting 29 kills on .333 hitting, while also notching nine digs.
