St. Lawrence University freshman Tom Egbers led the Saints to a sixth-place finish out of 22 teams at the Duke Nelson after he finished the weekend in 21st place. After day one, Egbers was tied for first place shooting one under par on the 71-par course. Egbers shot a 70 on Saturday and 77 on Sunday for just five over par on the weekend.
