Vassar College freshman Margaret Liu was just one stroke off the lead after carding an opening round 73 on Saturday at the St. Lawrence Invitational. Liu followed that up with a 74 on Sunday to finish in second place overall. Her two-day total of 147 (+5) broke the school record, which was previously at 153.
