Skidmore College junior Michelle Fuca went 2-0 in singles play to help the Thoroughbreds capture their seventh straight Liberty League women's tennis title. Playing at third singles, Fuca recorded the decisive wins in both of Skidmore's tournament matches. She defeated Allie Perron of William Smith, 6-1, 6-0 in the team's 5-1 semifinal win. In the championship match, her 6-1, 6-3 victory over Vassar's Tara Edwards clinched the title for the Thoroughbreds.
