In two games last week, both victories, RPI junior attack Zach Lukas had seven goals and three assists for 10 points. He also took 12 shots with two ground balls and a pair of turnovers. In a 19-7 road win at Oneonta on Tuesday, he scored three times with three assists and four shots. He scored once in the first quarter to put the Engineers ahead, 2-0, once in the second (7-3) and once in the third (13-5). All three markers were assisted. He had assists in the first, second and fourth quarters. On Saturday against league-foe Union, Zach scored four times with eight shots and two ground balls. His first goal tied the game at 1-1 in the first quarter; his second goal came unassisted in the third and put RPI ahead by two goals, 7-5; his third was also unassisted and made it a 9-5 lead in the fourth quarter; and his fourth was the final goal of the game as the Engineers defeated the Dutchmen, 12-6.
