In Rensselaer's lone match of the week, and first of the spring, RPI freshman Sebastian Castillo-Sanchez and Zack Ebenfeld won at No. 1 doubles, 8-6, defeating a team from the University of Rochester. Their victory tied the match at 1-1 and the Engineers defeated the Yellowjackets, 5-4.
