In a 17-10 win over Keene State in RPI's season opener, senior goalie David Gibbs had 18 saves on 28 shots on goal with one turnover. He stopped six of nine shots in the second quarter and all eight he saw in the third quarter when the Engineers opened a 15-5 lead. Gibbs had two saves on seven shots in the fourth quarter.
