RIT sophomore Cori Okada was named the Liberty League Tournament's Most Outstanding Player leading the RIT Women's Basketball team to its first conference title and first trip to the NCAA Tournament last week. Okada averaged 19.5 points, 6.0 assists, shot 50% from the floor and shot 44.4% from behind the arc in two tournament contests. Wednesday, Okada tallied 18 points, including 12 in the second half to lead the Tigers to a 62-45 win over William Smith in the semifinals. Okada tallied 21 points and had eight assists in the title game versus Clarkson, shooting 7-of-14 from the field.
